About Lynda McDaniel
I'm passionate about writing—not only for my own books and magazine articles but for everyone in the workplace. Writing is one of the most accessible—yet overlooked—tools for achieving increased sales, improved results, and even a promotion or two. That's why I wrote the award-winning Words at Work and founded the Association for Creative Business Writing (www.afcbw.com), an organization dedicated to offering information and inspiration to everyone in the business community who wants to write with polish and pizzazz.
Corporate collateral My writing career includes national and regional clients such as DuPont, Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Georgia Institute of Technology, High Museum of Art, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, Asheville Chamber of Commerce, Builders Capital Mortgage, and First Choice Health.
Coaching kudos I've coached hundreds of executives, managers, and employees to write with confidence and style at The Boeing Company, Key Bank, T-Mobile, City of Seattle, Seattle Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Small Business Administration, University of Puget Sound, University of Washington, YMCA, Cutter & Buck, First Choice Health, and Kroll Security.
Book Credits I've written five books, including the award-winning Words at Work. For more information, go to http://bit.ly/6dwWdL

Recently, I co-authored the award-winning Contemporary Hawaii Woodworkers, a stunning coffee-table book featuring 36 of Hawaii's finest wood artists plus organizations, exhibitions, and essays about the trees and ecosystem of Hawaii.
